Before you start, confirm the process
This page covers only the essential path to your first connection. Start with an easy-to-remember username and a unique password, then use the section for your usual platform. OQVPN supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux with unlimited devices. One valid subscription can be used on your own devices, so you do not need to choose a separate plan for each device.
The key item throughout the process is the “subscription link.” It is not a public download address or a route list that you edit manually; it is the configuration entry provided by the user panel for your account. Once the client reads the link, it can display the available regional routes. Keep subscription details only on devices you use, and do not place them in public documents, screenshots, or shared chat records.
If you simply want to connect as quickly as possible, follow this page in order. Establish a verifiable connection first, then apply personal settings so troubleshooting stays clear.
Account
Complete username setup
After opening the user panel from the account setup page, enter the username and password you prepared. OQVPN does not require an email address. These credentials are used to sign in to the user panel, review orders, and get your subscription. Choose a username that is easy to recognize without revealing sensitive information. Use a password that is unique to OQVPN rather than reusing credentials from other websites.
If the page opens the account overview after submission, account setup is complete. First confirm that the current account is shown at the top, then review the plan status and subscription section. Before an order is placed, the subscription section may not offer usable routes; this is a normal step in the process, and you should choose a plan next. Do not copy so-called universal subscriptions from search results or other sources, and never use example addresses as real configurations.
When you need to return, open the user panel through “Log in” on the right side of the site navigation and enter the username and password you set. On your own devices, consider using the system’s password-management features to save your credentials. After confirming that you are signed in, open the plans page rather than creating another account while signed out.
Order
Choose a plan based on usage
After signing in, open the plans section. Monthly subscriptions reset data each month on the activation date: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Consider your typical use first. Web browsing, documents, and lightweight tools may suit a lower allowance; frequent large-file transfers, video streaming, or multiple devices call for more data during the month.
If your needs are not consistent each month, consider a data package. Packages remain available until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Monthly subscriptions and data packages suit different usage patterns: the former is for ongoing use, while the latter works for occasional or backup needs. Compare more than the total data volume—make sure the product format fits your usage cycle.
After choosing a plan, open the order confirmation page and check the plan name, amount, and current account. Then select an available payment method from Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, return to the user panel and wait for the order status to update. When upgrading a monthly subscription, the price difference is converted into remaining days, so review the result shown on the confirmation page before upgrading.
Once the order takes effect, the account overview shows the current service status and the subscription section becomes available. Continue with subscription import for now—there is no need to adjust advanced client settings.
Delivery
Get the subscription link from the user panel
After the order takes effect, open the account overview and find the subscription or configuration section. It will show the subscription entry linked to your account and provide a copy option. Click copy first, then paste the link into a temporary text field on your device to check that it is complete. Clear the temporary content afterward, and do not keep the link in a publicly synced note.
To illustrate the format, an example could look like https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. This is an obvious placeholder and cannot connect to OQVPN or reveal any real account information. For actual use, copy the content generated for your account in the user panel. Do not replace the domain, parameters, or characters yourself. An incomplete copy is a common cause of first-import failures, so check carefully for spaces at either end of the link.
The subscription link and username/password serve different purposes: credentials open the user panel, while the subscription link lets the client retrieve configuration. Clients generally do not need your user-panel password, and you should never paste it into a subscription field. If a page asks for both account credentials and a subscription link, first confirm that you are still in the OQVPN user panel or are using an officially obtained client.
Do not open the subscription link directly in the browser address bar. Instead, get the client for your operating system from the user panel’s download section, then place the link in the client’s subscription manager. This preserves the complete format and makes it easier to refresh route configuration later.
Devices
Import your subscription on each platform
Windows import
Desktop client · Subscription management
Sign in to the client section of the user panel and get the Windows client. After installing and opening it, look for “subscription,” “configuration,” or “profile” in the main interface or sidebar. When creating a subscription, enter a recognizable name, paste the complete link copied from the account overview into the address field, save it, and update it.
After the update finishes, the client should show a list of regions or routes. Leave system proxy and split-routing options at the client’s defaults for now, choose a route that suits your current use, and enable the connection from the main interface. Avoid changing ports, DNS, and routing rules during your first setup; otherwise, it will be difficult to identify the cause of a connection problem.
macOS import
Desktop client · Remote configuration
Open the macOS client download section from the user panel and grant the permissions requested by the system after installation. In the client, find the remote subscription entry in the menu-bar icon, main-window sidebar, or configuration manager. Paste the subscription link, save it, and click update manually. Wait for the route names to appear in the configuration list.
Enable the connection after selecting a route. The first time macOS takes control of network traffic, it may show a system confirmation window; continue after confirming that the request comes from the client you just opened. Keep the client running while connected. If the menu bar shows a connection status indicator, open a browser and verify your exit region. For system-permission issues, do not repeatedly import the subscription; first check the client’s network permissions in System Settings.
Android import
Mobile client · Subscription configuration
Sign in to the user panel on your Android device and get the appropriate app from the client section. Open it, go to the subscription or configuration page, choose the option to add from a link, and paste and save the complete subscription address. Refresh afterward; once the route list appears, select a route and return to the connection screen.
During the first connection, the system will display a network-connection permission prompt. Confirm that the open app is the client you just obtained, then allow the configuration to be created. Once the system connection indicator appears in the status bar, do not immediately stop the client’s background process. Complete the exit-region check first and confirm that commonly used websites load normally. If no routes appear, check whether the subscription updated successfully before switching connection modes repeatedly.
iOS import
Mobile client · Add subscription
Open the user panel on your iOS device and obtain an available app using the method shown in the client section. In the app, look for an option to add a subscription, use remote configuration, or import from a link, then paste the subscription address from the account overview. Save and refresh, then choose the required region from the route list.
When enabling the connection for the first time, iOS will ask permission to add a network configuration and may require confirmation through the device’s own system verification method. Return to the client afterward, confirm that the connection status has changed, and check the exit region in a browser. If the list is empty after import, return to the subscription page and update it manually. Repeatedly adding the same subscription may create multiple configurations with the same name, making future maintenance harder.
Verify
Connect and verify your exit region
Once the route list appears, choose a region first. A good starting point is usually a route that is relatively close to your current network and matches the target service’s regional requirements. After making your selection, click the client’s connection toggle and wait for the status to show connected. Do not switch rapidly between routes or enable other tools that take control of system networking, as they can interfere with verification.
A successful connection is not confirmed by the client button’s color alone; check the actual exit region as well. Open a familiar IP-check page in your browser and see whether the displayed country or region matches the route you selected. Then visit a website you use regularly to confirm that it loads, your sign-in status remains normal, and image and content requests do not stall. The basic setup is working when the exit region matches and everyday pages open normally.
If the client says connected but the exit region has not changed, fully refresh the browser page and check whether another proxy setting or an older client is still enabled on the system. Then disconnect, update the subscription again, and select a route once more. Do not change the subscription, DNS, routing rules, and system settings all at once; change one item at a time so you can identify the source of the problem.
If a route does not suit your current network, disconnect first, then select another route in the same region and verify it again. Maintain
Daily use with only the essentials
After the first verification, keep daily use simple: open the client before use, confirm that the subscription can still update, choose a suitable region, and connect. Disconnect when finished if needed. Once the client is working normally, avoid frequently changing core network settings. Defaults are usually easier to maintain and make recovery faster when something goes wrong.
When routes change in the user panel, update the subscription once in the client to retrieve the current configuration. Do not delete a subscription that is still in use and manually re-enter routes, and do not mix configurations from different sources under one subscription name. Give the OQVPN configuration a clear name to reduce mistaken selections when multiple devices or configurations are in use.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Before extended video streaming, file synchronization, or multi-device use, check the remaining status in the user panel and decide whether to adjust your plan. Data packages remain available until used and never expire, making them suitable for different usage patterns. Treat the user panel as the source of truth for plan changes, order status, and subscription delivery.
